Jeff Houston

Founder

Jeff served as a Green Beret with U.S. Army Special Forces, completing service in 2009. He deployed multiple times to Iraq and has excelled at completing various specialized skills and tactical shooting courses.

For the last ten years, Jeff has been in the private security and firearms training industry. Jeff has extensive experience in family and corporate security projects, having lead security operations and consulting jobs for high profile families and corporate executives, as well as completed risk and vulnerability assessments for companies. A certified NRA Pistol Instructor and Training Counselor, Jeff has completed courses under world champion pistol shooters and has trained thousands of people in use of a firearm.

Throughout the country, Jeff has utilized his Army Special Forces and private-sector experience to deliver premium security services and tactical weapons training to civilians and law enforcement personnel. He has trained foreign military and police units and U.S. Special Forces units, as well as local and federal law enforcement.

Joe Hahn

Joseph spent 13 years in the United States Navy as a Special Operator First Class (SEAL). After completing Basic Underwater Demolition /SEAL training Class 252, he was stationed on a west coast team where he deployed multiple times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) from 2005-2009. In 2009 Joseph Hahn completed rigorous Selection and Training for Naval Special Warfare Development Group where he was assigned at NSWTACDEVRON 4.

At DEV 4 he deployed three times to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and other undisclosed locations worldwide. During these deployments, he was involved in hundreds of capture/kill missions of the top terrorists worldwide, personal security detail for US generals, state officials, and foreign officials alike. Joseph Hahn also conducted multiple advanced special operations which utilized tracking, following, and surveillance on multiple persons of interest. He also developed and coordinated foreign internal defense (FID) training of Iraqi, Afghanistan and other foreign special forces units.

Since retirement, Joseph has conducted multiple contracts in military tactics and weapons training with active duty units. He has partnered with several security services conducting threat assessments, personal and executive protection, and natural disaster response. Some of the most current details Joseph has been involved with were the Puerto Rico hurricane relief, executive protection for the past 3 Super Bowl teams and owners working directly with the NFL, and projects with active military units.

Jeff Peters

Mr. Peters has over 20 years of international, federal, state, and corporate security experience. His career has covered all facets of security including; protective force operations and management, industrial (site) security, emergency operations and security instructor, specializing in counter-terrorism tactics and strategy.

His senior management experience includes: Protective Force Operations Director (Colonel) at a former Department of Energy nuclear weapons plant commanding a force of over 400 armed counter-terrorist personnel; Site Security Manager directing a large multi-national security force in Tikrit, Iraq and Commercial Security Manager for an international security contractor in Kabul, Afghanistan overseeing multiple U.S Department of Defense contracts securing U.S. forward operating bases as well as providing security services for non government organizations supporting reconstruction efforts.

He holds certifications in Vulnerability Assessments, Security Instructor, Firearms Instructor and Base and Installation Security Systems. He is trained in Management Team Troubleshooting, Emergency Security Operations Management, Security Policy and Procedure Development and Security Lesson Plan Development.

Jeffery Cain, M.D., FACEP

Dr. Cain is currently a staff emergency medical physician in Texas. He also serves as the Medical Director for the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training organization in San Marcos, Texas and for the Protective Service Medics supporting the US Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq. He is a medical and security consultant for Tac7.

After graduating West Point Military Academy, he was commissioned as an Infantry officer and served in various Company-level leadership positions prior to attending medical school. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood Texas in 2001. From July 2001 to July 2003, he served as the Battalion Physician for the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, where he completed several combat deployments.

Dr. Cain has trained thousands of personnel in emergency pre-hospital trauma care techniques and has participated in numerous disaster and mass-casualty planning scenarios for hospital facilities within the United States as well as deployable hospital systems worldwide.

Justin Smith

Justin served in the United States Army as a sergeant in charge of a reconnaissance section. His military background includes training in weapons, combatives, communications, reconnaissance/surveillance, and tracking.

Outside of his military service he has spent 10 years in the private security sector as an executive protection agent, firearms instructor, and security consultant with various companies both stateside and abroad.

Ross Stinson

Ross has been in law enforcement for over 15 years, working for a major local department. In that time, he has had a wide range of assignments and worked in many parts of the department.

He has a background in enforcement, investigations, tactical operations, plain clothes operations, technology and training.
